These booklets are free, but please pay the shipping charges.

    		Click the button on the left to send a tax-deductible donation of $2.50 per booklet, using your credit card.  This goes through to Paypal, which sees you as paying $.50 per booklet (I have to tell them the booklet costs something) plus $2 shipping. Despite what Paypal says, I can only send you 1 booklet. (Please allow 6 weeks for delivery.)

All donations are tax-deductible. If you would like an IRS tax-deduction slip, please write "IRS slip" in the Optional Instructions box Paypal will offer you.
